BVH Excavating was established in 2007 by Brent Van Herk as a sole-propitorship in his last year at Fanshawe College. He grew up on a family run pig farm near Brunner and while being in high school he started working for a local excavator to start his experience in this field, it quickly turned into his long term goal to run his own business which he started in 2007. BVH Excavating and Septic incorporated in 2011.

 

Brent started on his own with slowly increasing equipment and employees over the years, generally runs 2 crews a day with 2 full time employees, and a few part time helpers.
